Beschreibung
Bogdanovic is a “richly gifted composer, improviser, and guitarist,” says Ophee, whose passion has led to the publication of his fundamental Polyrhythmic and Polymetric Studies for guitar (Edizioni Bérben). His achievements in the guitar world cannot be overstated. In the exploration of his own unique music language, Bogdanovic was drawn to the Solomon Canticle of Canticles, producing this misterioso e appassionato setting of the title in an intricate interweaving between guitar and voice. Text is provided both in English and traditional Hebrew.
