Beschreibung
L’Artistas was written for Ben Van Dijk and Joseph Alessi. This very spectacular and demanding piece, starts with a vibrant introduction. From the first notes, we here the typical sound of powerful trombones. Both players are being challenged to show their outstanding technique in the first part. In the lyrical section, the range of both instruments is exposed to its maximum. After the introduction reappears, all themes are gathered in a spectacular finale. This duet pushes both players to their limits and shows the trombone in all its characters. A must have for every trombone player!
